We are pleased to publish an e-mail from one of our customers. These words help us to do better and better and to put all the energy we can into it.

“Good morning
I would like to express my thanks to the ButanGas team for the efficiency they showed me yesterday.
It was to change the LPG tank as agreed in early January 2021.
Yesterday at 9.00 a.m. sharp, as notified to me, they showed up with everything needed.
By noon, the replacement was finished without any problems. I must emphasise the calmness and professionalism in the operations and the difficulties (narrow road for the crane vehicle, narrow space in the garden for the excavator, but no damage to the plants).
They allowed us to use the little remaining LPG to let us have lunch, thank you (and the cooking gas was OK).
In the afternoon at 2 p.m. (as agreed), the ButanGas tanker showed up to fill the new tank.
With the support of my trusted plumber, we also switched on the boiler and everything went smoothly.
I understand that, according to the old mentality, everyone ‘only’ did their job, but today this is clearly no longer the case and I am adapting:
I thank the team, managers and technicians for their professionalism.
